Salary: Up to £45,000 Location: Fully remote (with occasional ad hoc travel to London) Environment: No service desk chaos here, just meaningful, proactive infrastructure work Project Focus: Help deliver migrations, onboard new customers, and shape long-term improvements Tech Ownership: Work across the full M365 suite: Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and more Impact: Be the go-to for 3rd line M365 issues and a key player in keeping the environment secure, scalable, and future-ready What you’ll be doing: Delivering smooth M365 tenant migrations, from on-prem or cloud-to-cloud Managing and securing core Microsoft services: Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive Supporting ad hoc infrastructure projects while improving the current environment Providing expert-level support on escalated 3rd line issues relating to M365 and SaaS platforms Monitoring backups, patching endpoints, and managing security across devices and services Working closely with internal teams and franchise partners to keep systems aligned, secure, and compliant Writing documentation, refining processes, and making life easier for the 1st and 2nd line teams What you’ll bring to the table: Solid background in 2nd/3rd line support with a strong Microsoft 365 focus Hands-on experience with M365 migrations, tenant-to-tenant or physical-to-cloud Strong working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive Understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud security best practices, and endpoint management Comfortable using PowerShell for admin tasks (bonus points if you're already scripting regularly) A proactive mindset - you’re not just fixing problems, you’re looking to prevent them If you’re looking for a role where you can own the tech, deliver real change, and help shape how M365 is used across a business, this could be the one.
