A well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong regional and international presence is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and supportive property team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Dealing with complex issues such as new builds, shared ownership, lease extensions, and title defects.
- Maintaining proactive communication with clients and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
- Taking responsibility for your own files from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
About You:
- You’ll be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience.
- Able to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using case management systems and standard MS Office tools.
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
