This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive setting that provides education for children and young people aged 5–18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) , including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) and other complex learning needs. The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH. Create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom where every pupil can thrive. Support pupils' academic progress alongside their social, emotional and personal development. Promote positive behaviour through consistent routines and relationship-based practice. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team to ensure every pupil receives the support they need. Monitor progress, write reports and contribute to reviews and EHCP outcomes. Participate in enrichment activities, educational visits and wider school life where appropriate. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) Experience teaching in UK schools. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN , SEMH , autism, ADHD or complex learning needs is highly desirable. Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
