Job Summary
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible of managing the company's compensation plans, incentive programs and policies in order to attract, motivate and retain the best talent. This position will monitor and validate hourly employee configuration in the HRIS systems to ensure they are paid accordingly.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain HR information accurate in HRIS systems: Success Factors and Kronos/Dimensions
Responsible for auditing payroll information to validate people is paid correctly.
Generate reports, standards and as requested.
Develop a complete knowledge of all the HR tools/ platforms and maintain these systems as necessary.
Obtains and analyzes salary market data, makes recommendations to Director Compensation &HRBPs -
Responsible for completing various salary surveys within our industry and other companies.
Administer all incentives programs by providing earnings information, review participants eligibility, calculations and overall compliance.
Responsible for standardizing and running merit processes for all employees.
Reviews and elaborates Compensation policies, SPDs and processes for all compensation programs.
Ensure each program is compliant with all Federal and State laws.
Must work very closely with Compliance team on special projects, as necessary.
Able to communicate HR processes and the implementation of new programs and policies by working closely with Field HR, Operations Management, BSO Payroll and the Legal department.
Must be willing to develop and share HR expertise in the redesigning and development of effective HR processes.
Oversee full lifecycle domestic relocations, including policy administration, vendor coordination, and employee support.
Manage end-to-end international transfers, long-term assignments, short-term assignments, and permanent transfers.
Manage relocation service providers (RMCs, household goods, temporary housing, destination services, etc.).
Review in coordination with vendor the relocation expenses, ensuring policy compliance and cost control.
Provide guidance to employees on relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
1-3 years of Compensation experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of two years of experience, compensation experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required, advanced experience preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills required to interpret complex compensation data (examples of prior work may be requested)
Strategic thinking and problem-solving

Prior HR experience in Construction or Manufacturing environment preferred
Working Conditions
Job involves sitting most of the time with walking or standing for brief periods of time
Capable of working in an open concept office environment
