Position: Validator / Data Entry Associate
Pay: $22.00/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Validator / Data Entry Associate to review, verify, and accurately enter information from handwritten documents into an online database. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret various handwriting styles, and a commitment to meeting daily productivity goals while maintaining high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret handwritten forms and signatures accurately

• Enter data into the system and validate information

• Cross-check signatures and information against state records

• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality

• Complete daily validation and data entry goals

• Identify discrepancies and escalate questions when needed

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret various handwriting styles

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with focus

• Computer literate and able to navigate online databases

• Typing speed of 40 WPM

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Willing to ask questions and seek clarification

• Prior data entry experience preferred but not required
