£35,500 per annum plus £7,000 service charge
Working 7 shifts across 4 days – giving you 3 full days off every week

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
Running your own section in the kitchen to 3 Rosette standards
Working with the finest seasonal produce and high-quality meats
Supporting senior chefs during busy services and mentoring junior team members
Ensuring immaculate standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation
Upholding food safety and hygiene at the very highest level
