The Role:

As a Volunteer Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring every volunteer across Oxfam’s shop network feels informed, supported and valued. You’ll be the first point of contact for volunteer enquiries, providing high‑quality assistance by phone, in writing and online.

In this role, you will manage volunteer applications and queries efficiently, ensuring responses are timely, accurate and aligned with Oxfam’s organisational standards. You’ll maintain clear and consistent records, follow up on actions, and help create a smooth, positive experience for everyone who chooses to give their time to Oxfam.

This is a role for someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent service that strengthens our volunteer community.

What we are looking for:

An ideal candidate for the role will also have:

  • Excellent administrative skills, including attention to detail and effective prioritisation of competing tasks.
