Configure, install, and physically troubleshoot client devices, including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, printers, smart phones and mobile hand-held computers / ancillary equipment
Personally, interact with user community for hardware lifecycles, technical troubleshooting, and user requests
Provide high level of service and support to employees as you receive, assess, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in-person and remotely by telephone, cell phone, and various support technologies
Log/manage incidents and requests using the Help Desk ticketing system
Update and create support knowledge
Physically troubleshoot hardware and create vendor service requests when applicable
Provision new hardware (image) as required
Troubleshooting, support, and preventative maintenance for production technology (e.g. Label, Printers, Handhelds, Touchscreens, Tablets)
Complete workstation setups/moves
May include limited travel to local, off-site offices
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the MS Windows Operating System (7, 10), MS Office, and TCP/IP networking
Must be a team player and demonstrate a willingness to help co-workers
Must demonstrate the capability of multi-tasking, analyzing, and problem solving in stressful
situations
Must possess proven customer service skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must demonstrate willingness to work flexible hours

Strong written and oral communication skills *Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred.
