About the Role
Work as a Home Manager for a local provider for an elderly residential care home. As an experience Home Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on a care home to galvanise the team and ensure continued improvement with compliance.Benefits:Salary £55KBonus structure in place33 Days of AL including Bank HolidaysHome Manager Requirements:Minimum of 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential / nursing homeNVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)Full Driving LicenceComputer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small elderly care home within a company that has experience of Good CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.If you have the required skills and experience for this Home Manager role, then please get in touch ASAP with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
