About the Role
The Project Coordinator will enhance delivery efficiency by managing reporting, scheduling, financial tracking support, and governance documentation—allowing the Project Manager and technical leads to focus on strategic execution and outcome delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Project Administration & Support
Maintain project schedules, trackers, and milestone documentation
Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and action item follow-up
Document key decisions, risks, and dependencies
Ensure project artifacts are organized and version-controlled
Governance & Reporting
Prepare weekly status reports and dashboard updates
Support Steering Committee (SteerCo) materials and executive presentations
Maintain RAID log documentation and ensure timely updates
Track deliverables against agreed timelines
Financial & Resource Tracking
Assist with budget tracking and burn rate reporting
Monitor resource allocations across delivery pods
Track time reporting and support forecasting updates
Coordinate change request documentation and approvals
Agile Pod Coordination
Support sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Maintain backlog tracking tools and reporting metrics
Ensure alignment between sprint outputs and roadmap milestones
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Cross-Team Communication
Serve as coordination point between Intermex teams and AHEAD delivery resources
Track interdependencies across initiatives
Proactively escalate scheduling conflicts or documentation gaps
Qualifications
3–5+ years project coordination or PMO support experience
Experience supporting IT, cloud, or application modernization initiatives
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint tracking tools
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project
Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
