<p>An expanding and progressive RIBA‑chartered architectural practice based in central Manchester is seeking an experienced <strong data-start="338" data-end="371">BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator</strong> to join its studio. <p data-start="1484" data-end="1500"><strong data-start="1484" data-end="1500">Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1503" data-end="1580">Develop and maintain the practice’s BIM standards, protocols, and workflows</li>
<li data-start="1583" data-end="1689">Manage BIM on projects from RIBA Stage 0-7 and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and project requirements</li>
<li data-start="1692" data-end="1788">Prepare and oversee project-specific BEPs and coordinate information exchange with consultants</li>
<li data-start="1791" data-end="1901">Coordinate architectural and multi-disciplinary models, manage federated models, and oversee clash detection</li>
<li data-start="1904" data-end="1994">Support project teams in meeting programme, quality, and information delivery milestones</li>
<li data-start="1997" data-end="2109">Lead the use of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360) and introduce new tools or workflow efficiencies</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2111" data-end="2130"><strong data-start="2111" data-end="2130">Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="2133" data-end="2230">Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator, ideally within an architectural practice</li>
<li data-start="2233" data-end="2326">Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BEPs, MIDPs, COBie and information management principles</li>
<li data-start="2329" data-end="2414">Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models and managing federated models</li>
<li data-start="2417" data-end="2499">Confidence in using Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360 (or equivalent BIM platforms)</li>
<li data-start="2502" data-end="2596">Excellent communicator, able to work with designers, technologists, and external consultants</li>
<li data-start="2599" data-end="2691">Strategic thinker with strong technical ability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset</li>
