Salesforce Project Manager - Long Term Contract - Sacramento, CA (Onsite/Hybrid) - AS

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br /> We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across <strong>Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud</strong>, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.<br /> <br /> <strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br /> Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.<br /> 10+ years of overall IT Project Management experience.<br /> 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.<br /> Experience managing teams of 7–10+ technical resources.<br /> Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting:<br /> 5,000–7,000 internal users<br /> 300,000–500,000 external users<br /> 5–7 million+ records<br /> <br /> <strong>Experience with:</strong><br /> Service Cloud<br /> Community Cloud/Experience Cloud<br /> Marketing Cloud<br /> <br /> <strong>Strong understanding of:</strong><br /> Agile/Scrum<br /> SDLC<br /> Risk &amp; Stakeholder Management<br /> Project Planning &amp; Delivery<br /> Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.<br /> Excellent communication and leadership skills.<br /> <br /> <strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br /> Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).<br /> Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.<br /> Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.<br /> Experience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.</p>
