About the Role
<p><strong>This is a 100% virtual role supporting a Department of Justice contract. <br />
<br />
Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Engage government stakeholders through interviews and workshops to gather, document, and refine business requirements, resolving any gaps or inconsistencies.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify and design appropriate Power Platform solutions to meet those requirements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and customize Power BI reports and dashboards for effective data visualization.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build Power Apps solutions tailored to government processes, with intuitive UIs and seamless data integration.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Design SharePoint pages, templates, and sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other approved languages.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build SharePoint list and library forms with Power Apps and Power Automate, and customize document libraries using content types and site columns.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Integrate SharePoint workflows with external systems to automate data retrieval and updates, then test and debug to ensure accuracy and reliability.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>5+ years of Power Platform (BI / Apps / Automate) administration and development experience.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on skills in Power BI Desktop, SharePoint Online, Power Query, DAX, data modeling, custom visualizations, data source connectivity, and performance optimization.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a US Department of Education accredited university (extensive relevant experience may substitute).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Active Top Secret clearance required to start.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate, Power BI Certified Associate, or Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.</p>
