Join the Beverages & Beer Portfolio Team and make an impact by empowering the Sidel Sales network and front-line teams, accelerating business growth through cutting-edge solutions including Regular Fillers, Combi, and SuperCombi.
- Be in contact with Sales network and monitor business opportunities;
- Participate to customer meetings in support of front-line teams by bringing complementary expertise;
- Ensure training of Sales forces on portfolio (existing or new product line);
- Maintain close contact and proximity with Product Managers (portfolio, performances, etc.);
- Notify Product Manager if a decision is needed (e.g. specific commitment, derogation, etc.);
- Be a support to Product Managers for Product Development: market needs, business cases and field test research;
- Collect information from competition (Price positioning, technical performances etc.) and share within organization;
- Participate to the Value Selling construction (value selling tools, options catalogue, etc.);
- Keep continuous contact with pre-contracting teams to support quality of quotations/offers;
- Support and be the first contact for Key Accounts needs and requests;
- Participate to conferences and tradeshows to support promotion of portfolio;
- Hot deals tracking;
- Participation in customers meetings;
- Identification of new business opportunities;
- Training of sales forces;
- Identification of best promotion arena (tradeshows, conferences etc.);
- Identification of optimum product configuration based on customer needs;
- Active support on pre-contracting special quotation;
- Market needs collection for PDP;
- Collect information from competition;
- Field test research (PDP).
- Experience as Business Development Manager;
- Experience in Sales / Account Management;
- Experience in Product Management;
- Experience as Technical support;
- Master Degree or equivalent;
- Proficency in English;
- Italian & French will be appreciated.
