About the Role

Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior BD & Marketing Manager to drive strategic business development initiatives across its global arbitration and disputes practice. The Role Lead and deliver firmwide BD strategy with the BD Director. Manage and develop a high-performing BD team. Drive client development programmes and new client targeting. Work directly with partners on personalised BD plans. Lead integrated marketing activity: thought leadership, campaigns, events, directories, and more. Contribute to improvements in BD operations, systems, and processes. About You Significant BD experience in a law firm (international disputes exposure is a plus). Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with partners. Confident team leader with excellent communication and attention to detail. Hands-on, proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally.
