About the Role
<p><strong>Arabic Speaking Personal Assistant – Hammersmith – £35,000 to £37,500</strong></p>
<p>My client, a luxury property investment & development firm with a portfolio across Europe, The Middle East, Africa and the Americas, are seeking an Arabic Speaking Personal Assistant to the Senior Director.</p>

<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as first point of contact and gatekeeper to the Director</li>
<li>Diary / Travel / Expense management and chase management of important tasks and deadlines</li>
<li>Attend board meetings with management, take minutes and distribute information</li>
<li>Prepare and review months reports, presentations and correspondence</li>
<li>Database management and filing documents</li>
<li>Proofread and translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa</li>
<li>Work closely with the manager to ensure the business complies with legislation and regulations</li>
<li>Support the Director with UK project management ensuring deadlines are met</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Experience Required:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be fluent in Arabic and English</li>
<li>Must have experience in an administrative / PA role within either real estate, financial services, investment, legal</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Confident, proactive and organised</li>
<li>Highly adaptable and ability to work in a fast paced environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Office Based Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> £35,000 to £37,500</p>
