MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager to oversee & develop operations for an internationally renowned organisation, in a fully autonomous role offering clear & defined progression into senior management.  This is a great chance to utilise your experience as you drive continuous improvement on sites and takes ownership of the whole manufacturing operation.  An ideal match for this position would be an ambitious manufacturing / production manager with a strong background in continuous improvements, proven people management abilities and experience working across various departments, QHSE, Production etc. The company themselves are a specialist manufacturer with operations spanning 4 continents and a reputation for its staff development & retention. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join their team on a full time & permanent basis. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the continued development of manufacturing operations, working closely with other departments to drive continuous improvements on site.
