Lead and coordinate civil engineering design across a range of projects
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Act as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships
Drive business development activities including work winning and bid submissions
Oversee technical quality, standards, and regulatory compliance
Manage project finances, resources, and team performance
Proven experience leading civil engineering design teams
Strong technical background within a consultancy environment
