Quality Control Operator (Greensboro) — 4-Day Work Week

Quality Control Operator, you’ll inspect parts, assemblies, and finished product to ensure compliance with documented standards—then accurately record results and help drive customer satisfaction.
Pay: $18–$19/hour
Schedule: 4-day work weeks with
3-day weekends on non-holiday weeks
Required Skills
- Perform inspections of parts and assemblies (including electronic circuit board assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies) to ensure compliance with documented standards
- Enter inspection results into company databases and communicate findings via reports
- Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read mechanical drawings/specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to distinguish the difference between colors
- Ability to interpret drawings and documentation and set appropriate inspection levels per department policies
- Experience tracking quality indicators and performing first-level analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including participating in internal audits and assisting with quality procedures
- Investigate non-conformance issues and process/route materials as needed
Nice to Have Skills
- 3 years’ experience in a similar Quality/Inspection role
- Understanding of IPC-A-610 requirements (highly desirable)
- Experience operating in an ISO 9001 environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associates degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred)
