Role: Healthcare Business Analyst
Location: Corsham (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Day rate: £485
SC clearance required
Core Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Leading workshops and interviews with clinicians and administrators to elicit, define, and document complex clinical needs.
Process Mapping: Evaluating "as-is" clinical workflows and designing "to-be" processes that align with the new system's functionality.
System Configuration & Design: Collaborating with technical teams to translate user requirements into functional specifications and assisting in system configuration.
Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison to ensure digital solutions are explained in clinical language while turning user needs into technical requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Developing test plans, creating user stories, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fit for purpose.
Implementation Support: Providing training and ongoing support to healthcare staff during "Go Live" phases and system upgrades.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Education: Degree in healthcare management, health informatics, Computer Science, dentistry, or a related healthcare field.
Transformation, business change, project management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Knowledge of healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, and SNOMED/ SNODENT.
Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
