4 x Recoveries Account Manager (Asset Finance)

<p><strong>6 &amp; 12 Month Fixed-Term Contracts | Surrey | Hybrid Working</strong></p> <p>Are you an experienced Recoveries or Collections professional looking for your next opportunity within a respected asset finance business?</p> <p>We&#8217;re partnering with a highly regarded international asset finance organisation to recruit <strong>4 Recoveries Account Managers</strong> to join their established Collections team. Due to increased workload and ongoing projects, opportunities are available on both 6-month and 12-month fixed-term contracts, offering the chance to work within a collaborative, high-performing environment.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in <strong>asset finance, leasing or motor finance</strong> who enjoys balancing commercial decision-making with delivering positive customer outcomes.</p> <p>You&#8217;ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts within the 60-90 day arrears and recoveries cycle, working to minimise losses while delivering fair and appropriate customer outcomes. You&#8217;ll negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements, assess recovery strategies and work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and broker partners to maximise recoveries.</p> <p>You&#8217;ll also play an important role in identifying vulnerable customers, reviewing contractual documentation, making recommendations around provisions and write-offs, and supporting continuous improvements across the recoveries function.</p> <p>We&#8217;re keen to speak with professionals who have:</p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>At least 2-3 years&#8217; experience within Collections and Recoveries.</li> <li>A background in Asset Finance, Leasing or Motor Finance.</li> <li>Experience handling bad debt, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery.</li> <li>Knowledge of Consumer Credit and finance agreements.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li> <li>The ability to make balanced commercial decisions while treating customers fairly.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio independently.</li> <li>Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel experience desirable).</li> <li>Experience of Alfa would be advantageous, although not essential.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What&#8217;s On Offer</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Opportunity to join a highly respected international asset finance organisation.</li> <li>Hybrid working.</li> <li>Supportive, collaborative team environment.</li> <li>Exposure to a varied portfolio across multiple industry sectors.</li> <li>6 and 12-month Fixed-Term Contracts with immediate opportunities available.</li> <li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li> </ul> <p>If you&#8217;re an experienced Collections/ Recoveries professional looking for your next challenge within a quality financial services business, please contact Adam Sommerville or Nicola Rouse from James George Recruitment as we&#8217;d love to hear from you.</p>
