About the Role

Executive Officer - Ministry of Justice
Location: Leeds
Pay: £14.01 per hour rising to £15.17 after you have completed 12 weeks in your assignment
Type: Temporary, Full-time (37 hours/week)
Sector: Public Sector
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in the office)

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Executive Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting key projects focused on reducing re-offending and building safer communities. Your responsibilities will include organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions. You'll assist with team communications, support the creation of presentations, and help manage data for reports. Additionally, you'll handle shared inboxes, respond to queries, and contribute positively to team activities.

What You'll Bring:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Experience supporting meetings or team coordination
* Confidence in using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Clear and professional communication skills

Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Power BI
* Background working within project or programme environments
