</div><div>Snapology is hiring <strong>Birthday Party Assistants</strong> to help deliver unforgettable, high-energy LEGO®-themed parties for kids and families. </div><div>If you’re outgoing, reliable, and great with kids, this is your chance to be part of the moments families remember most. You’ll help create a fun, engaging, and smooth party experience from start to finish.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Help set up and reset the party space</li>
<li>Support hands-on LEGO® building activities</li>
<li>Keep kids engaged, excited, and on track during the party</li>
<li>Assist the Lead Instructor with games, transitions, and flow</li>
<li>Interact with parents and guests in a friendly, professional way</li>
<li>Help keep the space clean, organized, and running smoothly<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>You’re not just helping—you’re setting the tone. If you bring the energy, the whole party feels it.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Comfortable working with kids and keeping their attention</li>
<li>Experience with kids (babysitting, camps, coaching, etc.) is a big plus</li>
<li>Positive, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed</li>
<li>Team player who takes direction well</li>
<li>Able to stay upbeat in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic (but fun!) environment</li>
</ul><div>No teaching experience needed—just great energy, strong people skills, and a willingness to make kids’ days awesome.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Schedule:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Primarily weekends (with some weekday opportunities)</li>
<li>Part-time, event-based hours<br><br>
