Synergise Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives to join our client’s team in Exeter on a long term temp basis initially however it is possible to transition to permanent for the right person. No previous experience? No problem! Full paid training will be provided, so all you need is a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Location: Exeter (excellent transport links)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours: 37.5 – 40 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Assembling display units
– Working with materials like card, boards, and plastics to create high-quality displays
– Following assembly instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
– Working in a team to meet production targets
