Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Banking Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities
Answer calls and emails from customers regarding their financial accounts
Reset online banking passwords
Research customer questions
Update account information in bank’s portal system
Requirements
1+ years of experience in the Customer Service capacity (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
Banking experience is preferred
Strong typing and computer skills
Ability to work some weekend hours
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test
