About the Role
<p>We are looking for 2 x Business Partners who specialise in change to support an NHS organisation in London. </p>
<p> They have just been through an organisation wide restructure and now need hands on support with the redeployment stage of the process. </p>
<p> We need:</p>
<p> 1 x Senior BP (Band 8b – up to £86k)<br /> 1 x BP (Band 8a – up to £73k). </p>
<p> Both require candidates with experience in supporting restructure changes and whilst NHS experience isn’t essential, you MUST have public sector experience in large complex organisations in a similar role. </p>
<p> The role is for 2-3 months initially with an immediate start. <br /> Hybrid – 1 day a week in London and 4 from home.</p>
