Job Description
Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in a community or small facility setting.
Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines related to health and safety supports.
Ensure the ordering, reviewing, monitoring, and proper disposal of medications as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain routine documentation of individualsâ health status in nurse's notes.
Direct and supervise the activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed.
Provide new employee training and annual recertification training for health and safety-related topics.
Critical Information
Monday thru Friday 8-5, on call every 3rd weekend and a couple of days during the week.
This position is hybrid; coverage area includes Green and Taylor counties.
Education/Licenses Needed
RN License required.
