In this role, you will take charge of the recruitment process, engaging with candidates and clients to ensure a successful match. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse roles across various industries and markets, making a significant impact on our clients’ hiring success. Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through creative and effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback and support. Build and maintain a strong network of talent across different markets. This flexible freelance role offers you the chance to work from anywhere, while you control your schedule and workload. Requirements Experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to recruiting. Fluency in English and additional languages are an advantage.
