Enhancing the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive image of the organization, maintaining prudent processes, including engaging content for social media, attending job fairs, and participating in community events. Utilizing recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of hiring strategies. This includes tracking time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to make data-driven decisions.
