About the Role
The Logistics Team Member serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles.
The Logistics Team Member is required to maintain a safe, working environment, following all set guidelines and wearing correct PPE
and required to gain a strong knowledge of all logistical processes onsite, including but not limited to;
cellar operations,
goods-in delivery procedures
C+E event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of all dry stores and cellar areas.
Accurate and organized storage of all onsite goods, correctly sorted and labelled where appropriate.
Quality and accuracy control on all incoming goods and equipment, ensuring safe unloading and loading procedures are adhered to.
Management of the onsite, wet stock levels, ensuring a good rotation procedure is followed across all areas.
Monitoring stock levels throughout an event / matchday and replenishing in areas as required.
Stock and goods distribution onsite, for all retail and premium areas and bars.
Following all site and Aramark guidelines relating to health and safety and risk assessments, always including the wearing of correct PPE.
Working cross-departmental to provide an effective cellar and back of house service, including stock, furniture and equipment movements between bars, units and kitchens.
Following end of service of a live event, ensure all waste is removed and recorded if appropriate.
Raise any issues relating to stock levels to the logistics manager/supervisor.
Reporting of any damage to any equipment in a timely manner.
Expected to handle varying items, ranging from drinks and alcohol (keg) stock to Bar and Kitchen equipment, CCG and Glass.
Safe handling of all goods, with frequent movement of food products to and from kitchens.
Any other duties requested by line manager or Head of Department, to ensure smooth running of the logistics department, and the wider logistics team.

Experience
Essential Experience
Previous work in a Stadium or Events environment.
Knowledge of cellar services relating to a caterer, including but not limited to line-cleaning processes.
Warehouse or Stores experience.
Desirable Experience
Front of House Retail / Hospitality experience.
Back of House / Kitchen Porterage experience.
Forklift / Pallet Truck experience.
