• Coordinate delivery schedules and equipment startups to keep projects on track
• Maintain clean, reliable data in the CRM system
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers and clients, becoming a trusted point of contact

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
• Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with CRM systems and enthusiasm for learning new tools
• Exposure to electrical or mechanical systems is a plus—but not required
