About the Role
<p><strong>Project Manager (Engineering / Critical Power)</strong><br />Location: Hampshire (commutable)<br />Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 DOE + benefits</p>
<p>We’re working with a well-established engineering organisation delivering complex energy and infrastructure projects, and we’re looking to recruit a <strong>Project Manager</strong> to join their growing team.</p>
<p>This is a great opportunity for either an <strong>experienced Project Manager or a Junior Project Manager looking to step up</strong>, ideally with a background in <strong>critical power, generators, or UPS systems</strong>.</p>

<h3>The Role</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage projects end-to-end, from design through to delivery and commissioning</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards</li>
<li>Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout</li>
<li>Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report on performance</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards</li>

<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in project management within an engineering environment (junior profiles considered)</li>
<li>Background in <strong>critical power, generators, UPS, or related electrical systems</strong></li>
<li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines</li>
<li>Commercial awareness and budget management understanding</li>
<li>Ideally some knowledge of CDM regulations and construction contracts (NEC, JCT, etc.)</li>
