<p><strong>Location:</strong> Covering the South and South East of England<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Overtime<br /><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time, Permanent</p>

<h3><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h3>
<p>A well-established platform lift specialist is looking to hire an experienced<strong> Lift Engineer</strong> to support continued growth across the South of England.</p>
<p>This is a varied role offering a mix of <strong>installation and service/repair work</strong> (flexible depending on your background), working on disabled access and platform lifts across commercial and residential environments.</p>
<p>You’ll also work alongside an apprentice engineer, helping support their development on-site.</p>

<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Installation or servicing, maintenance, and repair of platform lifts</li>
<li>Working across South / South East / London (with occasional travel as far as Birmingham)</li>
<li>Supporting and mentoring an apprentice engineer on-site</li>
<li>Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety standards and company procedures</li>
<li>Representing the business professionally when dealing with clients</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)</li>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>either installation or service/repair/maintenance</strong> of Platform lifts (Essential)</li>
<li>Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Ideally based within Hampshire/Dorset/Berkshire/Wiltshire</li>

<li>Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)</li>
<li>Paid door-to-door</li>
<li>40-hour week (Monday to Friday)</li>

<li>3-4% annual bonus based on company performance</li>
<li>Additional bonus potential for Installation/Operations team (coming soon)</li>
<li>Overtime available:
<ul>
<li>Weekdays & Saturdays: <strong>1.33x</strong></li>
<li>Sundays: <strong>1.5x</strong></li>
