GPDP Project Manager

You won’t just coordinate, drive, influence, and elevate teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product strategy.   What You’ll Do   Lead end‑to‑end project execution (feasibility → pilot builds → manufacturing). Build and manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and cost targets. Drive cross‑functional workstreams across global teams. Serve as Product Owner within Agile Product Owner Teams. Oversee engineering deliverables (software, hardware, systems, A/V). Coordinate BOMs, drawings, part numbering, and long‑lead procurement. Communicate status and risks to leadership and stakeholders. Support manufacturing ramp, field deployment, and sustaining efforts. Ensure compliance with GPDP, QMS, regulatory, and cybersecurity processes.   What You Bring   5–7+ years managing complex hardware + software development projects. Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent technical PM experience. Experience with GPDP/stage‑gate + Agile environments. Strong understanding of integrated systems and engineering lifecycles. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional coordination.   Preferred   8–10+ years experience in PM or engineering. PMP/IPMA/Agile certification. Medical device or regulated development experience. Experience leading global engineering teams.
