About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and strengths.
Developing and implementing care plans that promote the well-being and development of disabled children.
Working closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and support.
Providing advice, guidance, and support to families, ensuring they are fully informed and engaged in the process.
Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with local policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
Registration with Social Work England.
Experience working with disabled children and their families, demonstrating a strong understanding of their unique challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
