We're partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing healthcare real estate organization as they look to hire for a newly created Property Accountant position. The role offers true “soup to nuts” exposure, giving someone the chance to gain hands-on experience across reporting, reconciliations, cash activity, CAM recoveries, and month-end close responsibilities. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for various properties
  • Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, compile supporting documentation, and research/resolve any variances in a timely manner
  • Assist with the daily and weekly AP workflows, addressing vendor inquiries and resolving basic invoice discrepancies
  • Support lease administration by entering data and maintaining an accurate record
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and other related duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 1-2+ years of property accounting experience
