About Our Client: Our client is a global insurance challenger making a landmark investment to establish a formidable UK corporate insurance practice. The Role:

• Develop and execute the regional strategy for the new corporate practice.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Business Developers and Client Advisors.
• Act as the senior figurehead for the business in your region, building a strong market profile.
• Drive the growth of the regional client portfolio, focusing on large corporate clients won via RFP.
• You will have the freedom to build the business as you see fit, creating the culture, team, and strategy for success.

What You'll Need:

• A proven track record of leadership within a major corporate insurance broker.
• Demonstrable experience in building teams, practices, or business units.
• A deep understanding of the large corporate client space (i.e., clients with £35k+ fee revenues and complex RFP processes).
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to create something from the ground up.
