Opportunity Snapshot
Location: Fall River, Massachusetts
Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Setting: Onsite Employee Health Clinic (Primary Care + Occupational Medicine)
Schedule: 32 Hours/Week | 4-Day Work Week
Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Compensation: Generous Base Salary + Sign-On Bonus

Clinical Scope
Blend of Primary Care and Occupational Medicine, including:
Preventive care and chronic condition management
Workplace injury evaluation and treatment
Return-to-work assessments
DOT physicals (training provided if needed)
Health screenings and wellness visits
Minor procedures and episodic care

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified NP or PA
Active Massachusetts license (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2–3 years of Primary Care experience
DEA required prior to start
Comfort treating adult and pediatric patients
BLS (AHA) required
Occupational Medicine experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, not required
