All rights reserved.   About the role   Develop and drive Metalcare category containing Hammerite & Nobiles brands. Implement and activate the local marketing operational plan, including local campaigns and NPI.   Responsibilities   Translate consumer and market insights into actionable category choices that define Where to Play and How to Win for Metalcare category in Poland. Develop a category plan for the Nobiles brand, based on business strategy, local situational analysis, trends, and drivers with insights team. Share opportunities with EMEA brand and category marketing teams. Create and implement annual local Brand Plan, operating and commercial plan (activations, NPI's, complexity reduction etc.) in line with BU mandates. Deliver P&L business objectives for Metalcare portfolio in Poland. Lead local NPI projects agreed on the EMEA roadmap and local execution of key strategic initiatives for Metalcare category in Poland. Localize international campaigns within the brand guidelines to maximize their impact. Build and manage effective working relationships with external agencies, EMEA brand team, sales & field sales team and customer experience.  Recommend pricing strategy.   Key Requirements   Master’s degree. At least 4 years’ experience managing brands in FMCG or building materials industries. Experience in product management, especially NPD project. Marketing communication experience including development and execution especially Digital and BTL campaigns. Commercially astute with excellent business analysis skills. Proven project management, analytical and organisational skills to structure the work with sufficient detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Polish. “Can do” mentality. MS Office working knowledge. Category B driving license.   What we offer   Additional bonus.
