This role is fully remote.   About the Role We are seeking a Lead Digital Producer to drive end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms supporting B2B customer experiences. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, UX, product, and technology, ensuring digital programs move efficiently from concept through launch and continuous optimization. You will serve as the central coordinator across cross-functional teams, translating business goals into scalable digital experiences that improve customer engagement, performance, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Lead planning and execution of complex digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms. Manage multiple concurrent projects including campaign launches, platform enhancements, and content deployments. Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, UX, product, sales, and engineering. Translate business objectives into actionable digital roadmaps and release plans. Establish production timelines, workflows, and governance processes to support efficient delivery. Partner with development teams to ensure technical feasibility within CMS and platform constraints. Oversee digital asset workflows, ensuring content organization, tagging, and lifecycle management. Monitor performance metrics and user behavior analytics to drive continuous optimization. Apply SEO, accessibility, and digital best practices across all digital experiences. Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum across initiatives. What You Bring Experience leading digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms. Background working in B2B, lead-generation, or digital marketing environments preferred. Proven ability to manage projects from strategy through execution in cross-functional settings. Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and digital production workflows. Familiarity with analytics platforms and data-driven optimization methodologies. Understanding of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and modern digital best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organized with strong problem-solving and execution abilities.
