What you’ll be doing:
Providing 2nd line support across the customer’s IT environment
Supporting and improving systems across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and desktop
Getting involved in project work - installs, migrations, upgrades, deployments
Acting as a trusted point of contact for users and stakeholders
Working closely with the wider MSP team to deliver a high-quality service
What you’ll bring:
Solid experience in a 2nd line IT support role
Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, M365, networking, and desktop support
Experience supporting or delivering IT projects
Confident communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Someone who enjoys ownership and being “the go-to” on site
