<p><strong>Join a stunning independent clinic in West London where patient care, teamwork, and staff wellbeing come first.</strong> This modern, high-end practice is looking for an RVN to become part of their friendly and highly skilled team. Experience is flexible – whether you’re newly qualified or more established, you’ll receive excellent support and development.</p>

<strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>4-day working week following a structured induction period
<li>Weekend rota typically <strong>1:3 Saturdays & 1:6 Sundays</strong> (flexible and open to discussion with local sister sites)
<li><strong>No OOH and no on-call</strong> – genuine work–life balance
<li>Work alongside <strong>3 experienced Veterinary Surgeons</strong> and a supportive Clinical Director
<li>Strong leadership from a highly experienced Head Nurse, ideal for newly qualified RVNs
<li>Varied nurse-led responsibilities with high clinical standards
<li>Interview process: <strong>Stage 1 Teams → Stage 2 site visit</strong>
