This role requires advanced skills in integrating APIs, optimizing enterprise workflows, and delivering impactful solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.</span></span></span></span><br /> <span><span><span><span>This is a client-facing role, and strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills are essential. You will collaborate directly with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into high-performing automation solutions.</span></span></span></span><br /> <br /> <span><span><span><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></span></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Platform tools including Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, and Dataverse.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Develop connectors and API integrations with enterprise systems and third-party services.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Lead client discovery sessions and gather business requirements to inform design decisions.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Create reusable components and templates for enterprise-wide use.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Participate in testing, deployment, and user training activities.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure delivery of business value.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for low-code solutions.</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <span><span><span><b><span>Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></b></span></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Proficiency in building complex flows using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Experience developing enterprise-grade applications and integrating with APIs, databases, and Microsoft 365 tools.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and performance considerations in low-code environments.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Proven success in client-facing roles, including the ability to lead requirements gathering, present technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <span><span><span><b><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></b></span></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Experience with Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell, or C# scripting.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Familiarity with RPA concepts and intelligent automation tools.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Background in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments.</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul>
