<div>Responsibilities include overseeing Driver Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screenings, and DOT Physicals to ensure compliance. The HR Manager will also handle the hiring and onboarding of new drivers.</div>

<div>Additionally, the HR Manager will manage employee benefit programs and create new initiatives for retention, employee development, and training.</div>

<div>Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and PHR or SPHR certification, as well as experience with FMCSA Compliance and Driver Qualification files. Previous experience in the Trucking industry or related field is a must.</div>
