roject Manager - Residential Consultancy£30,000 - £50,000 | BirminghamWe're working with a well-regarded consultancy in Birmingham with an active pipeline spanning Build to Rent, student accommodation, and hotel schemes. They're looking for a Project Manager to join the team and take ownership of commissions across the full lifecycle. The RoleYou'll be managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors across a varied residential and mixed-use pipeline. Genuine autonomy, interesting work, and a strong platform to progress.What You'll Be DoingLeading project delivery across residential and mixed-use schemesManaging client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughoutOverseeing programme, cost, and risk on live commissionsCoordinating design teams, consultants, and contractorsPreparing and presenting project reports and progress updatesContributing to fee bids and business development activityWhat They're Looking ForSolid project management experience within a consultancy environmentSector experience across one or more of: Build to Rent, student accommodation, or hotelsStrong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and expectationsMRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent - or actively working towards itBased in or able to commute to BirminghamWhat's On Offer£30,000 - £50,000 depending on experienceVaried residential pipeline with real progression opportunitiesSenior exposure and genuine autonomy from day oneCollaborative, growing team environment
