LAND ACQUISTION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES Participation in the preparation of land acquisition strategies in the local market Responsibility for the acquisition of investment land for residential projects for sale and lease Market analysis and maintenance of relations with agents and brokers Analysis of investment plots (legal, technical and financial) Negotiation of transaction terms with land owners Preparation of agreement and transaction documentation Participation in the preparation of investment in cooperation with the project manager REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of investment land acquisition (experience in the residential segment preferred) Proven track record of success in the area of investment land acquisition in the residential segment Very good knowledge of the residential real estate market in Warsaw Ability to analyse investment land Strong negotiating skills and goal-oriented attitude Communicative English language skills Strong interpersonal skills WE OFFER attractive remuneration the necessary working tools private medical care work in a perfectly located and modern office the opportunity to develop in a rapidly growing real estate company
