Job Description

· Provide expert advice on configuration options across relevant Worktribe modules, recommending optimal design approaches to improve efficiency and user experience.
· Identify and escalate possible technical constraints, integration dependencies and system limitations that may impact configuration decisions.
· Attend configuration decision workshops and process design sessions as required, providing specialist advisory input.
· Review solution design documentation and provide structured, written feedback.
· Identify early risks, trade-offs and unintended downstream impacts prior to decision finalisation.
· Advise on configuration testing strategy and acceptance criteria to support readiness assessments prior to sign-off and release.
· Provide guidance to build internal capability and contribute to documentation to ensure long-term maintainability of the configured solution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Worktribe SME/Consultant should have:
· Proven extensive experience configuring Worktribe, in particular the following modules: Opportunities, Pre-Award, Profiles, Post-Award, Ethics, Due Diligence, Timesheets, Contracts.
· Strong understanding of research funding lifecycle processes and how they are enabled by system configuration.
· Experience of delivering complex technology change projects in a research-intensive University environment.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
