The Role
Lead and optimise SEO performance for a high traffic ecommerce site.
Shape and deliver a full SEO strategy across technical, content and onsite optimisation.
Conduct keyword research and identify performance opportunities.
Manage site health including crawling, indexing and technical diagnostics.
Work with trading, content and commercial teams to align SEO with business priorities.
Collaborate with agency partners to deliver roadmap initiatives.
Report on KPIs and share insight with stakeholders.
Support junior team members in the premium focused position.
Your Skills and Experience
Strong commercial experience across technical and content SEO.
Confidence taking ownership of SEO performance for a large-scale site.
Comfortable operating with autonomy and adapting quickly to change.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
Proficient with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4.
Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach and genuine interest in driving SEO growth.
