Job Summary:   A private household in Hampstead is seeking an experienced and proactive housekeeper to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their home. This is a live-out role within a modern, two-level flat. The household consists of four adults, a young child, and grandparents, with a nanny already in place, allowing the role to focus primarily on maintaining the home to a high standard. The family are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently. They will take pride in their work, demonstrate strong initiative, and be capable of managing household tasks efficiently. General Duties: Full daily cleaning and upkeep of a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home Deep cleaning and care of specialist surfaces (marble, wood, carpets) Managing household organisation and presentation Full laundry and ironing, including wardrobe management Monitoring and replenishing household supplies Liaising with and arranging maintenance or repairs when needed Cooking simple meals once or twice per week Always ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently Wardrobe management and organization Deep cleaning throughout the home Candidate Requirements: Minimum 10+ years’ experience in private housekeeping Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards Organised, and able to take initiative Trustworthy with a professional attitude Confident managing household supplies and maintenance Comfortable with laundry and ironing Able to prepare simple, healthy meals Ideally based within a reasonable distance of Hampstead Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage
