The Senior Manager, Professional Services role is a client facing leader responsible for delivering high quality consulting services and leading customer engagements across a mix of commercial and public sector customers. While the role sits within PFS, the initial focus will be on commercial customers, with an emphasis on driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long term customer value. This role leads consulting teams, owns engagement delivery, and partners closely with customers, sales, and internal delivery teams to ensure consistent execution, strong technical outcomes, and scalable consulting practices. The Senior Manager balances people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical credibility while serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.In this role, you will:Client Delivery & Engagement LeadershipLead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent consulting engagements across commercial and regulated customersAct as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, aligning solutions to business objectives, technical requirements, and value realization goalsOwn engagement health, including scope, schedule, quality, and risk managementEnsure delivery aligns with applicable security, compliance, and governance requirementsEscalate and resolve delivery issues proactively to maintain customer satisfactionPeople Leadership & Talent DevelopmentManage, coach, and mentor consulting team members across experience levelsSupport hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development activitiesFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementBalance team utilization while supporting professional growth and retentionOperational & Financial ManagementOwn project financials, including forecasting, utilization, and margin performanceSupport capacity planning and resource allocation across engagementsApply consistent delivery standards, methodologies, and best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and qualitySales & Pre Sales SupportPartner with sales and solution teams to support pre sales activitiesContribute to proposal development, statements of work (SOWs), and delivery estimatesParticipate in customer briefings and solution discussions as a delivery leaderProvide delivery insights to shape services offerings and engagement modelsCross Functional CollaborationCollaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and operationsCommunicate delivery status, risks, and performance to leadershipRepresent consulting delivery in internal planning and execution forums Your background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experienceRelevant experience may include consulting, professional services delivery, technology leadership, or public sector program executionAdvanced degrees or certifications are a plus but not required8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery roles3+ years of experience managing teams and leading client engagementsDemonstrated experience delivering complex, enterprise scale solutions in commercial or regulated environmentsStrong client facing communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholdersProven ability to manage delivery execution, financial performance, customer satisfactionSolid technical foundation with the ability to understand, discuss, and guide solution architecture and implementation decisionsU.S. citizenship is required due to being our federal group and relevant system access points Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: Experience leading consulting engagements for enterprise commercial customersBackground in enterprise software, data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud based solutionsStrong technical acumen with experience translating customer requirements into scalable solutionsFamiliarity with customer success, adoption frameworks, or value realization modelsExperience standardizing delivery approaches, frameworks, reusable engagement models Base Salary Range: $156,815 - $193,713This position is also eligible to participate in our commission plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
